Men, women, and children at all levels of fitness are provided with the means to defend themselves, gain confidence, acquire discipline, and become more physically fit. Younger students are taught basic Taekwon Do techniques, forms, terminology, and etiquette in order to prepare them for the adult classes. Taekwon Do training includes the repetition and perfection of the learned techniques such as offense, defense, fighting, and hyungs. Our instructors are committed to their students, and have a strong passion for their chosen martial art.
